Alain has more than 20 years of experience lecturing in viticulture (French and English).
Alain main scientific and practical teaching topics are:
Grapevine physiology, vine and fruit responses to abiotic factors as water, light and temperature (including relations to fruit and wine composition), vineyard irrigation, pruning and general viticulture (vineyard management, training systems, the concept of terroir...).
